In June at Abbeydale we are living our school values of Kindness, Perseverance, Curiosity, Integrity. Students and staff alike are nominating people who display our values and entering their names into a draw for a fabulous prize at the end of each week. This week we had 4 student names and 1 staff name drawn for displaying our values in the following ways.
- Kindness (Grade 4) – helping a student by bringing them their visual journal
- Kindness (Grade 3)– noticing when I don’t have a partner and coming over to play or work with me
- Integrity (Grade 5) – Sharing a computer without being asked
- Perseverance (Kindergarten) – hearing classmates say, “I can’t do it” then encouraging them to “never give up!”
- EA Ms. Corder, Perseverance – she is always being patient, levelheaded and consistent
Thankyou families for raising such wonderful kids! We will continue to be on the lookout for students and staff living our values until the end of June.

Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
There is no supervision before 7:50am
Please do not drop off or pick up students in the Bus Parking zone, or in the staff parking lot
Lunch and Snack:
All students should bring a snack from home
Students who are staying for lunch must bring a nutritious lunch (bring your own spoon or fork as we do not provide disposable cutlery.
Please call the school office if you are in need of food support
